BRIEF:

4 days full of traditional Polish flavors in 3 regions: 1) Pomerania with infertile lands, but abundant with fresh and salty fish, offering centuries-old forms of culinary processing using frying, smoking, drying, marinating and cooking. Fish in every form and nowhere as fancy as in Polish seaside cuisine. 2) Greater Poland with many views of potato in dishes and delicious sweet yeast dough. Typical bourgeois cuisine, formed by the diverse needs of the inhabitants of crowded agglomerations. 3) Podhale with the most expressive regional cuisine, cuisine of the people of the mountains, shaped in the historically poorest regions of the country, based on sophisticated culinary combinations on the simplest products.

The cuisine of the regions is also its surroundings and the places where it is served - traditional and expressive, like the meals themselves. So during our journey there will be a seaside tavern, roadside bar, city pub, village inn, palace restaurant and an exclusive banquet hall. All this combined with light forms of physical activity during the day or in the evening SPA.

DAY1: Pickup from any airport / hotel and transfer to the first of the 3 culinary regions in the program, accommodation and evening attractions. DAY2: Full day tour of the 1st region with tastings, evening transfer to the 2nd region and accommodation with evening attractions. DAY3: Full day tour of the 2nd region with tastings, evening transfer to the 3rd region and accommodation with evening attractions. DAY4: Full day tour of the 3rd region with tastings, evening attractions and farewell dinner. DAY5: Transfer to the airport / hotel, sightseeing and shopping on the way, time for flexible use.
